About Us

Founded in 2022 by two lovebirds united by wine, Massale Wine Imports is an adventurous labour of love. Afton and Kasra are passionate about supporting small, sustainable, and family-run businesses in this age of corporate wine ownership and monolithic wine conglomerates. They know that the best wines come from knowledgeable, hard working teams; people that live between the vines. Our producers take the utmost care of the small corner of earth they’ve chosen to love and care for. With a combined thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry, focussing on food friendly wines of excellent texture and presence was always going to be our focus. All of our winemakers have a deep love of their local cuisine, and are active participants in the culture and communities that surround them. From year to year, these wines are reflective of their place; influenced by the ebbs and flows of the tides of their regions. The dedication of our producers to their land, to their neighbours, and to the world inspires us to keep at it day in and day out. It is committed, passionate, educated individuals that shape this world, and what we learn from our suppliers makes us better people. We aim to pass along their philosophies and stories through their living art, wine.
