2017 The Savant is sourced from a 2.81 acre vineyard on the Naramata Bench (Okanagan Valley region). Sourced sustainably, these grapes are fermented in barrel, and aged for eight months in stainless steel.

This expression of Viognier is more reminiscent of the Loire than BC. Rich and intricate, there is a toasty complexity on the finish that is irresistible. Pair with shortbread or lobster.
