2023 Trollinger Trocken is sourced from various parcels on the estate. The wine is spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, and the wine benefits from élevage before bottling. The grapes are destemmed before a long, cold maceration.

A bright, yet textured experience of Trollinger, also known as Schiava; this bottle punches way above its weight. Biodynamic vineyards practices, as well as minimal filtration create a textured, full experience.
