2023 TeroldeGO PINK rosé from Teroldego is a savoury breath of fresh air. Aromatically lifted with lush strawberry and cherry, the palate is savoury and dry; the perfect addition to any summer charcuterie board.

Victoria’s experiment, the grapes undergo saignée method after two harvests; one slightly earlier to preserve acidity in the finished wine. The grapes are hand harvested, and age in both stainless and ceramic until release.
