Description
2021 Riesling GG is a grapes are grown at 400m elevation, in Stettener Pulvermacher hill’s Berge parcel. These are the oldest vines on the top of the hill, worked entirely by hand and horse.
Spontaneously fermented for three weeks, this wine spends 18 months in barrel before bottling. The wine is ethereal and lifted, while maintaining a linear clarity.
