NON ALC Riesling Brause (“sparkling”) is a revelation. Fresh, juice Riesling grapes along side some de-alcoholized Riesling, and joined by herbs elderflower, and quince from the vineyard. Divine.

This bubble is perfect as either an aperitif, or as a dessert pairing. The elderflower and quince leap out of the glass. The bubbles are fine, and long lasting. One for the kids and the adults tables alike.
